Our Story
“Hey I’m Gaynor and along with my hubby David, we want to welcome you to our little corner of the universe we call ‘Spread a Little Happiness!’
We’re really just an ordinary couple, who have had a few adventures and are now on a mission to live our best life. We live and work together and face head on the challenges of whatever life throws at us along the way!
It’s fair to say we’re experienced in life and like everyone, had our share of highs and lows and one thing’s for certain we know that at every point, whatever was going on, sharing a little happiness made our world a better place!
Happiness has always been high on our agenda! It was something we talked about A LOT as a couple! What we wanted from life, how to live our best life, how we could be really happy, what made us smile! Oh and did I mention what a sucker I am for a great quote and life planner 😀
As we coached business owners, we would talk to them about their happiness too, about their lifestyle and about how they could live their best life!
Since then we have had all sorts of adventures including setting up and running a Champagne Cruise Boat, working for a Lord and Lady In Cambridgeshire and more recently working and living in London opening a brand new build apartment block!
It’s been an amazing adventure with still lots to come! Living and working in places we never thought we would! Doing things we never thought we would ever have enough courage or ability to do! We’ve met fabulous people, made a ton of memories, had a lot of fun and not forgetting a few tears too because that’s what happens in real life!
So in 2018, we decided it was time for us to take a dose of our own medicine, selling our home and business and embarking on what we now are fondly calling our ‘Gap Year’ which incidentally has turned into 3 and includes 5 house moves and a COVID pandemic!
And our biggest takeaway to date is that finding true happiness should never be about a final destination that you end up at but much more about journey and all the things that happen along the way!
